1. Booking & Appointment Policy
Appointments: All tattoo appointments at One Sin Tattoo must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are subject to availability. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of the tattoo. If you need to reschedule, we require at least 48 hours' notice; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a full deposit charge.
2. Age Requirement
Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo at One Sin Tattoo. If you are under 18, parental or legal guardian consent is required, and the guardian must be present at the time of the tattoo.
3. Health & Safety
Health Disclosure: Prior to your tattoo session, you must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications you are taking that may affect your tattooing process or healing. This includes but is not limited to diabetes, skin conditions, blood thinning medications, etc. Right to Refuse Service: One Sin Tattoo reserves the right to refuse service to any client who is visibly intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or unsafe. Cleanliness & Hygiene: Our studio adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, using disposable needles, gloves, and sterilized equipment for every tattoo.
4. Tattoo Design
Custom Designs: If you are requesting a custom tattoo design, we will collaborate with you to create an original piece of art. Once the design is finalized and approved, any changes requested after the start of the tattoo session may incur an additional charge. Pre-existing Designs: If you are requesting a pre-existing design, the tattoo artist may make adjustments based on the placement, size, and body contours, but the overall design will remain intact.
5. Pricing & Payment
Tattoo Pricing: Tattoo pricing is determined based on the complexity, size, and placement of the design. A quote will be provided before the start of the session, and the final price will be discussed and agreed upon. Payment: Payment for services is due at the completion of the tattoo session. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment as agreed. A surcharge may apply to credit card payments. Tipping: Tipping is optional, but greatly appreciated. It is customary to tip tattoo artists for their work, and this is done at the client's discretion.
6. Aftercare
Healing Instructions: You will be provided with detailed aftercare instructions following your tattoo session. It is crucial to follow these instructions to ensure proper healing and minimize the risk of infection or scarring. Healing Time: Healing times vary depending on the size and location of the tattoo. Generally, tattoos take 2-4 weeks to heal, with complete healing taking several months. Touch-Ups: If your tattoo requires a touch-up due to issues with healing, we offer touch-up sessions at no additional charge within 2 (two) months after the original tattoo session. After this period, touch-ups may incur additional costs.
7. Liability
Personal Responsibility: By booking an appointment, you confirm that you understand the potential risks involved with getting a tattoo. You are responsible for following all aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing. Studio Liability: One Sin Tattoo is not responsible for any allergic reactions, infections, or complications arising from the tattooing process if aftercare instructions are not followed or if the client does not disclose relevant medical information. Damage to Clothing or Personal Items: One Sin Tattoo is not responsible for any damage to your clothing or personal items during your tattoo session.
8. Intellectual Property
Tattoo Artwork: All artwork created by One Sin Tattoo, including custom designs, is the intellectual property of the artist. Reproduction or commercial use of the artwork without permission is prohibited. Photography & Social Media: By receiving a tattoo at One Sin Tattoo, you grant us permission to take photographs of your tattoo and use them on our social media platforms and promotional materials. If you prefer not to have your tattoo shared online, please inform us before your session.
9. Studio Behavior & Conduct
Respect for Artists & Staff: We expect all clients to treat our artists and staff with respect. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the tattoo session without refund. Accompanying Guests: Due to limited space, we ask that clients do not bring company during their tattoo session. Children and pets are not permitted in the studio during tattoo sessions.
10. Changes to Terms
Amendments: One Sin Tattoo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and the new Terms & Conditions will apply to all future appointments.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes that arise will be resolved in accordance with Greek law, and any legal proceedings will take place in the jurisdiction of Athens, Attica, Greece. By booking an appointment with One Sin Tattoo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
